I will absolutely continue to watermark my photos. Considering I’m the one who goes to the store, runs the risk of getting in trouble for taking the picture, the one who uploads them to my computer, the one who edits them, stages them, changes the lighting, uploads them to Tumblr, etc. etc. I put so much work into my photos and don’t want them being stolen without any credit at all. Besides, it is MY blog and I reaaaalllly don’t care if it “ruins” the picture. Don’t like it, don’t use my photos. Thanks.

I’ve said this many times before. I’m not a Nazi. Yes, I know who and what the Nazi’s were. They were disgusting people. However, the word “Nazi” to me doesn’t strictly mean a member of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. To me it means someone who is very regimented and strict in what they do. Like in “Miss Congeniality”, Gracie Hart calls her coach a “doughnut nazi” because he wouldn’t let her eat a doughnut. I decided to call my blog ‘Fashion Nazi’ because I’m very in to fashion and I’m very critical when it comes to style. Honestly, I can understand why it offends people (and I never intended that to happen) but at the end of the day it was my choice and I’ll have to live with that.
Thank you so much (:
I’m actually considering majoring in nursing! And I’m just going to a city college!
Thanks for the question!
Hello!
My main tip is to emphasize the things you like about yourself the most! So, if you like your bust, try clothing that comes in right under your chest (like empire waisted things) or if you like your waist, emphasize that by belting dresses! Whatever you do, don’t wear baggy clothing to try to cover yourself up, it will just make you look way bigger than you actually are!
By the way, I think THIS dress would be great for someone with a fuller figure!
I used to be extremely self conscious but played off being confident well. After a few years of high school and learning that I don’t care whatsoever what anyone thinks, I have become the confident person I once pretended to be. I think my boyfriend has helped with that quite a bit. Just being around someone that cares about you and is willing to tell you that you’re beautiful and special no matter what is very confidence boosting. Also, as time goes on, you realize that everyone has their faults (even the popular kids who look like they have it all). You learn to accept who you are and the things that you can’t change. There’s always going to be someone out there who will love you for your imperfections and you have to keep that in mind. Also, if you are in high school, remember that it’s only four years and there is an end to it and there is going to be a time where looks and materialistic things aren’t so important. Keep your head up, never hang out with anyone who hurts you or damages your self confidence, and breathe. I hope this helps, thank you for the question!
All pictures from 10/16/12 to now are mine. My photos will usually have a caption such as, “Photo by Meggy Grace D’Arcy” or somewhere in the picture I will have “Fashion Nazi @ tumblr”.
I think dieting should definitely be a personal choice. I believe dieting is something someone should do if they’re drastically overweight (to the point where it affects their health), otherwise I wouldn’t worry too much about it. I know it’s hard to accept our bodies the way they are, but it’s something we all need to do if we’re ever going to find peace with ourselves. I’m going to be honest and say I pretty much eat what I want to, I’m okay with my weight (I’m 5’4 ish and around 120 pounds) but I’m starting to think I should be more careful about what I eat - not because it’s going to make me fat, but because I honestly want to be healthy. Overall, I think if you’re unhappy with the way your body looks, try to embrace it, if that doesn’t work - try dieting and working out and see if that helps you to find peace with yourself. Sorry for such a long answer! Thank you for your questions!
I used the Conair Infiniti curling wand! Just section off 2 inch thickĀ piecesĀ of hair and curl! After that, I just apply Bed Head’s After Party styling creme to add more shine. Hope this helps! (I may do a video on this soon!) :)
Sure! There are plenty of trends that can be made to be school appropriate. Examples include geometric shapes (as seen from Giulietta, Jonathan Saunders, and Marni)(I would wear a geometric print blouse tucked into a solid color skirt and flats), polkadots (from Marc Jacobs and Stella McCartney)(polkadots are easy to work with, since they’re seen on everything from coats to shoes), neo-tribalism (which can be incorporated with a tribal print shirt, jeans, furry coat, and boots), and neo-grunge (you could wear a slightly oversized tattered t-shirt, acid wash jeans, and a pair of black boots). I hope this helps! Thank you for the question!
